i got a first! yay =) i knew that after checking FIVE times for it, cos we were told that the results would be released on the 29th but not what time it will be out.. felt so irritated by the system.. grrrrrrrrrrr.

but considering the fact that 20% of the cohort got the same thing, it's not something that i should shout about hahaha.. right now i'm really curious about the breakdown of my results - i only know that i got a first, but not my rank, the marks for my papers etc. but some other pple know theirs alr. dammit.

my head feels lighter now after the loss of about 70g of keratin (and dandruff).. =)

haha my blogging frequency is dropping to quite low levels recently, not because i dun have internet connection, but simply cos i dun have things to blog abt.. hmmmmm

after a 3 hour bus ride, followed by a 12.5 hour plane ride that made my ass hurt like hell, and another 3 hour bus ride, i finally reached back home 2 days ago..

life has since settled into a reassuring routine - eat, eat, more eating and sleeping.. life is good! haha =)

this was the end-of-year ritual that i was dreading.. it took me one entire day to clear my room! seriously, i never expected my room had so much junk in it!

the amount of cereal i eat in a term =) i keep the boxes cos they may come in handy, and oso cos i wanted to recycle them, so i keep them separate from other trash. it accumulated cos i was too lazy to bring the boxes down to the recycling corner =P

after playing 3 hrs of dota, we finally called it quits at ~2.45am.. one glance out of the window was sufficient to send me scurrying for my camera =)

flew back from rome on the 10pm flight from rome two days ago.. but apparently when we landed, because of some yet undiscovered reason (system failure mebbe), bun and i had to queue for abt 1 hr before we could clear the customs.. grr. good thing our bus to camb came after 5 mins of waiting (it comes every 50 mins, so we were really tyco).

i then had to wake up early in the morning to go for lion dance training, cos we were going to perform for trinity's may ball (may ball = parties held in JUNE after exams by certain colleges.. those that don't have may balls may have spring balls, which are held in spring; or snow balls, which are held in winter).. our performance was not bad, though bcos i ponned so many trainings cos i went to rome, i clanged the cymbals only.

then today, i had to wake up early AGAIN to work in st john's may ball as a set up worker.. met bun and hk at 8am, and we ended work only at 7pm (we were supposed to end by 6pm, but being really nice, we stayed back and worked a bit more.. and also, we had to wait 20 mins for our paychecks to come ><)

that's why i'm really tired now. *yawn*

haha i never expected that chilling out at a friend's room after lion dance would end up in me going back to my own room at 3:30am =) after getting a long-needed bath, while waiting for my hair to dry, i decided to take a picture of the outside skies..

it's sooooo serene outside - birds are twittering already, and also, i noticed that i'm not the only one awake at this hour too =)

haha better sleep now, else i'll wake up past noon today =D

wah e&b just now was qt terrible - out of the 5 essays i wrote, i only knew what i was writing about in 3.. the other 2 were just words chained together to fill up two sides of foolscap paper ><

but dun care liao lah, hols has just started for me!! =) finally dun need to mug at all for a few months, woohoo! =D

chem was, thankfully, doable.

arggh now the last paper is the one i've been dreading since the start of the exams - e&b! i'm not relishing the fact that i have to write 5 essays in 3 hrs ><

bahhhhhh couldn't finish the cells pract paper just now >< sian diao.

dunno why last night cannot sleep oso.. tossed and turned until 4am, and the last thing i remember seeing before i finally slept was sunlight starting to filter through my curtains..

qb just now was quite okay.. woohoo! *psych up*

4 more days to salvation! =P

i'll be having 4 papers in the next 5 days.. guess the pain will be over real soon =D

i have no idea why i'm so terrified of bio papers - i didn't have a good sleep last night although i was tired >< haha i think it's cos of 华初's killer bio papers.. my phobia for those obscure, unanswerable questions will live with me forever, i guess =)

anw the cells theory paper went rather okay just now, can count myself lucky for being able to answer all questions within the limited time.. but the kiasu part in me is stressed cos i wrote rather short essays (relative to hk's), hopefully the marker doesn't mind =D

thank goodness i dun take physio, cos their highly-stressful exams are tmr.. my next paper (qb) is on friday yay =)

it's 24.8 deg now. positively sweltering, i must say.

and to think that these temperatures are closer to the minimum end of the scale back in msia. i am soooo gonna be roasted when i fly back home (which is quite soon yay =)

someone's frying chicken downstairs.. smells reaaaaaaaaally nice - much better than anything that i could cook haha =)

if that's not bad enough, it triggered the fire alarm..

and here i am, sitting through the alarm cos i'm too lazy to walk downstairs, vainly trying to study.. ><
